The time it takes to create your items may be dependant upon the size of your order and the time of year you've placed it. We typically have all orders created and shipped within 14 business days, however, if you have specific deadlines or a date you need things by please reach out to ✉️ info@itscustom.com.au and we'll do the best we can to accommodate! 💖

Once you've selected your specific item and any addition features you'd like on it's as simple as uploading your image and letting us work our creative magic! All embroidery will be an interpretation of your image to ensure it looks fantastic and stitches out beautifully. 👌🎉
